Supranational Hotels Ltd, encompassing the Supranational Hotels, Columbus Hotels and Sky Hotels brands, represents a large organisation made up of some 1500 hotels.  You are part of this family, and as such we would like to encourage networking and travel to properties within the Supranational Hotels Ltd organisation.

Terms of Hotel Shop

• Provide staff working for any of the participating Supranational Hotels Ltd properties, as well as HQ offices with your best rates.
• We recommend that the Hotel Shop rate is at least 40% lower than your RACK rates.
• It should not be possible to book your hotel at a lower rate on any PUBLIC website.
• Any service, tax and breakfast charges should be included in the rate.  If not, please make this clear in your pricing and policy information.
• The same cancellation and guarantee policy will apply as per all other rates at your hotel.
• Bookings must be made on the Supranational website (www.snrhotels.com) and the only charge incured will be your current TravelWiz cost.  This charge is per reservation and is not dependant on room nights.  To access the Hotel Shop rate, click on the Corporate Bookings button of the hotel and enter your password.
• Hotel Shop bookings must NOT be made through the Supranational voice centres, as these rates are NON-COMMISSIONABLE.
• You will be provided with a password as soon as your hotel has loaded the Hotel Shop rate on our website.  Please request your password from natalia@supranational.co.uk. 
• We recommend you load just one room type for both single and double occupancy, i.e. ROH (Run of House).  The rate code we will use is: HQ1 and the rate name will be STAFF RATE.
• A letter from your hotel company/property confirming your identity, or your business card showing the Supranational logo, should be used at check-in.  It is the responsibility of each hotel to check the guest's identity to ensure that there is no mis-use of HOTEL SHOP.
• Only hotels participating with Hotel Shop rates will be awarded the password to benefit from discounted rates at all other Supranational Hotels, Columbus Hotels or Sky Hotels.
• Availability can be closed if required.
